Guest Book Alternatives: Instead of a traditional guest book, opt for interactive alternatives such as a custom sign in board, guest phone booth where guests leave their wishes for you in a voicemail, photobooth sign in book, or a message in a bottle, where guests write notes on paper and place them in a decorative bottle.
Cornerstone Ranch makes these sign in boards and can customize them with any name, date, brand, or style you want! These boards are included in our premium and platinum packages. We also have partnered with many other Amarillo, Texas businesses that can help you with any other types of custom wedding decor you might need!
Photo Booth: Set up a photo booth with props and backdrops where guests can take fun and silly pictures. Provide instant prints for guests to take home as keepsakes.
Our photobooth at Cornerstone Ranch prints 2 copies of the photos, perfect to use one in a sign in book! We also provide all props and signs you will need to make this an unforgettable night. If you'd like, bring a jump drive in and we will copy all the photos over for you to enjoy looking at yourselves!
Wedding Hashtag or QR Code: Create a custom wedding hashtag and encourage guests to share their photos on social media using the hashtag. Display a sign with the hashtag at the venue and set up a social media feed to showcase the photos in real-time.
You could also have guests scan a QR code throughout the evening and upload their reception photos all in one place! You and your new spouse will have hours of fun looking through everyone's photos during your reception at Cornerstone Ranch Events Center!
Polaroid Guest Book: Place a Polaroid camera and a stack of film next to a blank guest book. Encourage guests to take a photo of themselves and attach it to the book along with a handwritten note.

Let us help choose the best location for your "photo op" whether it be in front of our boxwood greenery wall, by our custom built barn doors, outside next to our outdoor gazebo, or in front of the venue near our windmill!
Dance Floor Requests: Allow guests to request songs for the DJ or band to play by providing request cards on the tables. Guests can write down their favorite songs and drop them in a designated box or basket. If you wanted to know their requests ahead of time to provide to the DJ, ask for them on their RSVP! Interactive Food Stations: Consider adding interactive food stations such as a build-your-own baked potato or taco bar, a sushi rolling station, or a DIY dessert station, allowing guests to tailor their food to their tastes.
